A private residence situated on the edge of the village of Martinborough, North Island of New Zealand.  

Holmes Construction oversaw the build and management of the architecturally designed De-Groot House, situated on the edge of the village of Martinborough. This expansive and executive home designed by Victoria Read Architecture boasts 400 square metres of flowing indoor space and is enjoyed by the De-Groot family.

The pool and surrounding area was designed by Hamish Moorhead Landscapes and built superbly by the crew at Infinite Landscapes.
